These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 80lvl.pt website and the engagement of auto detailing services provided by 80LVL Lda. By using our website or engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.
01Services
80LVL Lda. provides professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to: detailed washing, polishing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), and interior treatment.
Available services, descriptions, and prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time.
02Bookings and Payments
Bookings can be made through the form on the website or by direct contact.
When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Payment is made according to the conditions agreed at the time of booking. We accept payments through the methods indicated on the website.
Listed prices include VAT at the applicable legal rate, unless otherwise stated.
03Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
No-shows without prior notice may result in being charged the full service price.
04Liability
80LVL Lda. is committed to providing its services with the utmost care and professionalism.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle that was not communicated prior to the start of service.
Any complaints regarding service quality must be communicated within 48 hours of service completion.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.
05User Account
When creating an account on our website, you are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used abusively.
06Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, design, and code, is the property of 80LVL Lda. and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of the content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
07Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
For the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms, the courts of the judicial district of 80LVL Lda.'s registered office shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to the determination of territorial jurisdiction.
